MORAL JUDGEMENT QUESTIONNAIRE
1 - Information letter
1.1 - Presentation of the study
This study aims to understand the mechanisms of moral decision-making. Participation in this study is entirely voluntary and requires answering a ten minutes questionnaire, during which you will be asked to recount a moral situation that happened to you, as well as how you felt and what you thought at the time. All of this is completely anonymous.
If you wish, you can be informed of the overall results of the research by sending a written request by email to the project leader: Julie LEMARIE (lemarie@univ-tlse2.fr) or to Simon JEAUFFREAU (simon.jeauffreau@univ-tlse2.fr).
If you agree to take part in this experiment, we would ask you to sign this consent form, which has been drawn up in accordance with legal requirements.
1.2 - Principal investigator
Simon JEAUFFREAU, doctoral student at Jean Jaurès University in Toulouse, France, under the supervision of Julie LEMARIE and Rui Manuel DA SILVA NEVES, respectively Professor and Maître de Conférences in cognitive psychology at Jean Jaurès University in Toulouse.

1.3 - Method
After being presented with a general instruction as well as examples, you will recount a moral situation that happened to you and answer a series of question about what you did, why, how you felt and what you thought of it. You may stop the study at any time without explanation. If you wish to receive feedback on the study, you may contact the investigators at the email previously mentioned. Those contact information will be given again at the end of the questionnaire.
1.4 - Distribution
This research may be presented at conferences and published in conference proceedings and academic journal articles.

1.5 - Data confidentiality guarantee
The data recorded in the course of this research may be subject to computer processing by those in charge of the study, and they may be made available as part of an open science approach.
The right of access provided for in the French Data Protection Act may be exercised at any time by contacting the people in charge of the study. However, the anonymization of the data collected will make it impossible to delete it once the survey has been completed. If the results are published in a scientific journal, your identity will not be revealed.
